What are your office hours should we need to contact you?
Our office hours are Monday to Saturday 10am till 5pm.

Can I plant the seeds I’ve purchased?
All our seeds are sold for souvenir purposes only. We do not condone or encourage the cultivation of our seeds and seeds will not be posted should we discover that they are being purchased for cultivation.

What do I do if a product arrives damaged?

What payments do you accept?
We accept bank transfers. Once ordered, you will be invoiced for your goods and the invoice will contain our bank details.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Once your payment is cleared in our account, we will post your parcel the same day with UK delivery times of 2-7 days.

Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes but postage costs and delivery times will differ.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, packaging is very discreet. Most small items are shipped in jiffy bags, larger or fragile items are shipped in plain boxes.

What do I do if my parcel doesnt arrive?
Very rarely orders can be mislaid along the postal chain. We always have proof that we have sent your order and we can check if the package has or hasnt been signed for at the delivery address. Please note that with UK royal mail assignments they do not consider a package to be lost until 15 working days after it was sent. For international royal mail consignments you must allow 25 working days after the package was sent.

Do you store credit/debit card numbers?
No,we do not have access to your credit/debit card numbers.
